Snow Angels of Surrey
Luke 15 House residents spread warmth through community service and kindness. When the snow began to fall last week and it looked like the neighbours needed some help, the men of Luke 15 House in Surrey went door to door, shovels in hand to help.
It’s been part of the service component of their recovery from drugs and alcohol for years, a community-building exercise for the men, as well as helping those in their area who may need the help.

Almost 30 years ago Allan Ammerlaan was making an illicit living by pretending to be famous Canadian wrestler Gene Kiniski. It got him meals at fine restaurants and free hotel rooms and cab rides.
